Position Overview

The MLR Ops - Systems Manager will lead the MLR Operations team through software system deployment and ongoing ownership responsibilities of said systems. This role will partner with MLR, commercial, marketing, IT, category management, and other functional business teams and on projects and cross-functional initiatives as necessary to achieve the Company's operational, legal, and business objectives. The MLR Ops - Systems Manager will be instrumental to creating consistent processes for content management, user set up, and training for various systems, including but not limited to print vendor, Veeva Vault, and ShamanGo. The Systems Manager will be responsible for integrations, user management, reporting, configuration, and new-user onboarding of these systems. This position will play a critical role in the evolution of our MLR platform integrations in support of various priorities within the commercial organization.

This is a hybrid role with time required onsite at any of our offices (i.e. Madison, WI; San Diego, CA; Redwood City, CA; Cambridge, MA; or Phoenix, AZ) each week (3 days onsite and up to 2 days remote). Relocation assistance may be provided.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for all things commercial print.

  • Support operations across MLR-owned systems as needed, including but not limited to Veeva PromoMats and MedComms configuration and ShamanGo RTE and CLM creation.

  • Provide support during new print system implementation, overseeing design/configuration and validation to ensure the solution will meet business needs.

  • Responsible for managing the intake of new content, managing existing content, and change management of commercial print materials.

  • Manage end-user permissions, permission configuration, and content division based on user role.

  • Responsible for all print-related metrics and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

  • Own integrations between print vendor and Okta, Veeva PromoMats, data visualization tools, etc.

  • Develop and maintain training materials for all commercial print user groups, including Marketing and Sales Reps.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for publishing of content between Veeva PromoMats and the print vendor.

  • Manage inquiries pertaining to functionality of our print vendor, system enhancements, and process inquiries across all business units, triaging user issues as needed.

  • Perform user set up, training content creation, training assignments, and license audits.

  • Conduct final reviews of all content submitted by Commercial/Marketing for print, ensuring high-quality, correct formatting, etc.

  • Ability to travel 20% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or other field related to the essential duties of the position; or High School Degree/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.

  • 4+ years of experience working in a sales, commercial support, corporate, or organizational environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe products, including InDesign and Photoshop.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with medical, healthcare, and pharmaceutical organizations.

  • Experience working with Veeva PromoMats, MedComms, and/or CRM.

  • Experience working with Shaman RTE and CLM content builder.

Salary Range:

$109,000.00 - $174,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
