About the Role:

The Enterprise Data & Analytics team empowers cross-functional business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions by delivering useful tools and technologies. Supports the business intelligence architecture, operations, and strategy. Integrates with engineering leads to support data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytical workflows throughout many functions within the business, including research, development, and commercial.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
  • Collaborates with team members to develop, monitor, and maintain tools to deliver data solutions to a wide variety of stakeholders, including, but not limited to, research, development, commercial, and G&A functions
  • Supports the design and creation of end-to-end BI solutions, including data ingression, modeling, and visualization/consumption to make data more accessible, consistent, and clear
  • Optimizes data pipelines and infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Responsible for configurations and maintenance of various databases and environments
  • Creates and updates documentation to support development work, definitions, and business rules
  • Other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field and 2+years in an analytical capacity in conjunction with the development/maintenance of a reports OR

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related IT field and 1+ years as noted above

  • Demonstrated passion for practically solving complex problems with technology

  • Proficiency in any object-oriented/scripting programming language

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases

  • Experience with data exploration tools, such as Power BI and Tableau

  • Previous exposure with Excel

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Good verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines

  • Prior bio/pharma experience is a plus, but not required

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $77,800.00-$112,750.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
